libclutter-cil software package provides Open GL based interactive canvas library -- CLI Bindings, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclutter-cil
libclutter-cil is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclutter-cil package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclutter-cil *
You will get with libclutter-cil package name, version, architecture and description in a table
